Creative Residencies for Emerging Artists Teaching Empowerment is an arts-in-service organization that provides arts enrichment classes (creative writing, dance, theater, and visual arts) to schools and communities that lack funding in the Berkeley-Oakland area. We promote creative expression and exploration through meaningful community engagement. In addition, we strive to create an interdisciplinary creative community among Cal students.
